Refund, Cancellation, Payment, and Return Policy

At Fly & Flo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
    • Unused & Unwashed – The product must be in its original condition, with tags intact.
    • Original Packaging – The item should be returned in its original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
    • Socks
    • Napkins
  • Items purchased on final sale or discounted offers may not be eligible for returns.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email flyandfloindia@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pick-up (where applicable).
  • If return pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to ship the product back to us.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you need a size exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a refund.
